Shipping Zones
Tamil Nadu is Zone 1. Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Puducherry are neighbouring states. All other Indian states and union territories are treated as Rest of India.
Weight-Based Charges
The system calculates total cart weight using each product shipping weight and quantity. The applicable zone and weight slab decide the final shipping charge.
Current Base Charges
Up to 1 kg: Tamil Nadu ₹100, Neighbouring States ₹150, Rest of India ₹250. Every started 1 kg after that increases by ₹50.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed after successful online payment. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on stock availability and operational conditions.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier availability, public holidays, and local service conditions.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Delays due to incorrect address or phone number are not the responsibility of Skyway Health Care.
